General Questions:

Q: What do I have to do?

A: Before starting, you should ensure that you are at either a Mac or PC computer. Unfortunately, we do not support Linux at this time. After submitting the application form our system will determine whether you qualify for a loan. If you do, the only remaining step is to verify your employment income by downloading our verification application. Once you have downloaded it, simply follow the instructions and submit your most recent banking data. We'll send the funds directly to your bank account after one of our agents verifies your information.


Q: Are reloans permitted?

Reloans just require that you submit your banking details again, which should take only one minute. The only restriction is that you may not have another open loan with us at the same time.


Q: What do I need before applying?

Our main concerns are that you are of legal age to contract and that you are able to repay the loan. This means what we mostly care about is that you're 21 years of age or older, and that you have some verifiable employment income. If you're paid by cash then you're out of luck, but otherwise we will accept banking screen captures or scans of a pay stub.


Q: What if I'm on SASSA?

A: Right now our policies do not accept this, but check later and we may have changed. We are still developing our acceptance criteria.


Q: This date format is not familiar to me. How do I enter dates?

A: As an example, today's date is 2019-12-14. The format is YYYY-MM-DD where YYYY is the year, MM is the month, and DD is the day. Remember to put a leading 0.


Q: I was rejected. Can I try again?

A: Yes, but unless the reason you were denied has been rectified you will not be approved.
